Eliassen Group Appoints Anthony Valente as Chief Financial Officer
Industry Veteran Further Strengthens Corporate Leadership Team
Wakefield, Mass. – June 18, 2010 – Eliassen Group, a leading technology staffing and clinical data management consulting firm, today announced the addition of Anthony Valente as chief financial officer. With more than 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, Mr. Valente joins Eliassen Group to oversee the company’s financial and accounting functions and will replace Dave MacKeen, who will retain his role as president of the Technology Staffing Division.

Prior to joining Eliassen Group, Mr. Valente was financial director for Randstad, a staffing and human resources services firm. At Randstad, Mr. Valente was responsible for the financial operations for several divisions, including Clinical One, Locum Medical Group, Accountants International and Delta Pharma and Compliance, which achieved total revenues exceeding $250 million annually. Mr. Valente also held the position of finance director of the New England region for the Trammell Crow Company, a real estate investment and development firm.

Mr. Valente holds a B.S. in accounting and A.S. in management from Bentley College and is a licensed certified public accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
