As the CEO of Eliassen Group, Dave MacKeen leads the company's overall growth strategy. He has held leadership positions within the technology staffing industry for over two decades, including the roles of CFO and president, prior to becoming CEO of Eliassen Group in 2010. Working collaboratively with his team, Dave has spearheaded tremendous company growth, utilizing a combination of organic and acquisitive tactics and strategies to stay aligned with changing staffing industry dynamics.
Under Dave's leadership, Eliassen Group has completed its third private equity partnership, with the most recent being Stone Point Capital, thereby positioning Eliassen Group for further transformational growth as a leading national strategic consulting and talent solutions firm focused on talent solutions, life sciences consulting, Agile consulting, cloud services, risk management, business optimization, and managed services.
Dave has been included on Staffing Industry Analysts' annual Staffing 100 North America list for seven consecutive years and nine times overall. In 2022, SIA welcomed Dave into the Staffing 100 Hall of Fame. He was also recognized by the Boston Business Journal as 2021's Citizens Middle Market Executive of the Year.
Dave serves on several boards, including the Bentley Executive Club, Endicott College Board of Advisors, Trustee Associate of St. John's Prep, and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.

Previously, Tom served as the executive vice president for client management, commercial consulting, talent acquisition, operations management, and information technology for Veritude, a strategic human resources company within Fidelity Investment's Devonshire Investor portfolio of companies. Prior to joining Veritude, he worked for Fidelity's HR Access Solutions in Paris, France, serving as its senior executive from 2004 through 2006.

A leader with over 30 years of experience, Michael serves as the company's President – Professional Services, where he drives overall strategic growth with specialized capabilities. Before that, he served in various mission-critical roles related to our Business Consulting services, including leading delivery and operations. Before Eliassen Group, he was President and CEO of a private-equity-led manufacturing and technology company. Before that, he was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing with the same company. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Managing Director at a global consulting firm for 8 years in IT and Risk, and as Chief Information Officer of a public company for 6 years.

Eleanore has more than 25 years of industry experience in both Life Science and IT industries. Prior to joining Eliassen Group, Eleanore spent 18 years in the CRO Contract Research Organization (CRO) industry, where she led global Functional Service Provider (FSP) strategy and delivery. Eleanore has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from the University College Dublin, Ireland.

Doug joined Eliassen Group in 2022 and serves as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Eliassen, Doug served as the Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Agero, a tech-enabled roadside assistance company focused on the OEM and Auto Insurance industries. Prior to that, Doug held senior finance leadership positions at Staples, Inc., and CVS Health. Doug holds an MBA in Finance from the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a BA in Law from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

As a leader in providing global talent solutions, he is committed to leveraging technology to transform how companies and individuals manage the rapidly shifting workforce demands and complexities of the global talent marketplace.
Prior to joining Eliassen Group, Rob held the positions of SVP, CIO, and CTO at Apex Systems for 16 years. Rob brings demonstrated exceptional leadership and team-building strengths that generated optimum productivity and performance excellence in his prior position. Over the last 16 years, he has established a strong track record for achieving corporate objectives, exceptional P&L results, organizational restructuring, effective team building, and supplier management to facilitate corporate growth of $2b in annual revenue.
Over the course of his career, Rob has held general management, innovation, and other executive leadership positions at industry-leading companies, including Boeing, Capital One, Markel, and Apex Systems.
Rob frequently collaborates on topics of global business and technology strategy, digital disruption, technology enabled services, innovation, and human capital. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech and holds a degree in business management and completed strategic coursework in the Master of Information Technology program.
Rob is based in Virginia where he is active in multiple advisory boards and charities. In his free time, he is an avid runner, enjoys hiking, biking and surf/fly fishing.

Todd brings a wealth of expertise to Eliassen Group, having served in a variety of senior executive roles for both public and private sector companies. Prior to joining Eliassen Group, Todd held similar positions at Casa Systems, Inc. and Cognex Corporation, and he previously held senior legal roles with EMC and Raytheon Company. Todd started his career as an attorney with the United States Department of Justice.

As the Executive Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development, Travis Carpico leads all activities related to mergers, acquisitions, partnership, and other strategic growth initiatives for Eliassen Group.
Prior to joining Eliassen Group in 2020, Travis spent nearly 20 years in senior level strategy roles within Fidelity Investments in both the US and Europe. Most recently, Travis led the launch of Fidelity's Stock Plan Services business in Europe, and prior to that, he served as the president of Fidelity Ireland. From 2006 to 2012, he was a senior vice president in Fidelity's Corporate Development and Management consulting group in Boston, preceded by 3 years as the CAO/CFO of Fidelity's HR Access business, based on Paris, France. Travis has significant international experience, and he is fluent in French and Spanish, as well as proficient in Italian and Portuguese.

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Heather is responsible for leading Eliassen Group's overall Human Resource & Talent strategy. Heather's primary focus is to partner with team members and leadership across the organization to reinforce our strong company culture, ensure employee engagement, create learning and development programs, and implement talent management strategies that support the achievement of our business goals and objectives. In doing so, her goal is to accelerate growth and enhance our vision, enabling us to remain a viable and competitive company that people love to work for and that our clients can rely on for consistent, continued partnership.
As part of Eliassen Group's focus on enhancing our overall employee experience, Heather is a founder of CLEAR Culture, Eliassen Group's corporate culture initiative. In addition, she also launched and is the corporate head of our council for Diversity & Inclusion.
Heather has over 15 years of human resources experience, with over a decade of that being within the professional staffing industry. Prior to joining Eliassen Group, Heather's industry experience was most recently with Principle Solutions Group and prior to that, Spherion Staffing. Heather is currently an active member of SHRM and holds both the Nationally Accredited SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.

Sandra leads the corporate marketing organization for Eliassen Group, a role in which she creates brand awareness and ensures brand integrity across the organization. She oversees the development of lead-generation strategies and digital marketing efforts through the use of the strategic planning and creative execution of marketing communication, digital and social media strategy, and marketing analytics. Sandra comes to Eliassen Group with the majority of her career being spent in professional service firms.
Sandra co-founded Eliassen Group's Women in Leadership group, an organization developed with the hope of inspiring rising female leaders. She is also the head of CLEAR Culture, Eliassen Group's corporate culture initiative.
As a proud and active member and speaker of The CMO Club, Sandra thrives in an inspired community of marketing leaders who help each other solve their biggest challenges in a candid and trusted environment. She has led roundtable discussions and spoken at national events about marketing KPIs and the crucial role marketing plays in M&A transactions. She currently holds a seat as an engagement chair of The CMO Club and has been recently awarded the President's Club award.
Sandra resides north of Boston with her husband, twin teenage daughters, and her son.

Previously, she worked as West Market Unit Lead, Cloud First Design, at a global consulting firm, where she led a team to help clients design their journey to cloud, focusing on application migration and modernization, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and Business Agility. Before then, she was a Business Agility Leader for the same firm. Prior to shifting her career to consulting, Sally has over 30 years of experience as an IT executive in the technology, banking, and insurance industries.

Working collaboratively with his team, Jason endeavors to help clients transform to become adaptive organizations by developing unique Business Agility capabilities, allowing them to increase value delivery, predictability, and customer satisfaction by rapidly sensing and responding to increasingly fast-changing business conditions.
Prior to joining Eliassen Group in 2020, Jason held leadership roles at a global consulting firm and a boutique Agile consultancy. Before assisting clients in a consulting capacity, Jason spent 20 years in technology leadership roles in the SAAS, information security, and location-based services industries.
Jason resides in San Jose, California, with his wife and 3 daughters.

In this role, he was responsible for managing the strategic direction of the company, overseeing delivery, recruiting, and business development. John has served in senior accounting, finance, and audit roles in companies ranging in size from $100 million in annual revenues to more than $15 billion. His significant projects comprise acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, debt and equity offerings, adoption of new accounting pronouncements, program and project management, risk assessments, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations. At Eliassen Group, he leads sales and recruiting for our Business Consulting Division.

Mindy is known in the industry for her integrity, trust, commitment to doing the right thing, collaborative approach to solving problems, and delivering sustainable outcomes that last. Prior to joining Eliassen, Mindy was a founder of Credere Group, a highly successful business consulting firm, and she started the Denver office for a Fortune 500 consulting firm, building one of the largest and most successful consulting practices in the history of the firm. Before then, she was a key leader in establishing internal audit and compliance functions for an insurance company and was in the audit practice with a global consulting firm.

Peggy joined Eliassen as an account executive in 1995, managing sales planning and execution prior to her promotion to vice president of sales for the New England region, overseeing sales strategy.

Scott began his professional career as a salesperson with a professional services firm, helping them to develop their "start-up" markets of Atlanta and Jacksonville. Subsequently, he took a branch leadership role with the firm in 1996, moving to Chicago to open that market for them. Scott moved back to Boston to take a VP of Sales role with the firm's Allied Healthcare Staffing division.
In 1999, Scott launched a new IT Staffing Division in Phoenix and ultimately grew this new division to over $36 million in revenue with 3 office locations. In 2006 Scott sold this company to an IT service management company, where he stayed on as a Director of National Accounts and Strategic Accounts for over 10 years, focusing on the Finance and Healthcare Verticals.

Todd Collier has over 25 years in the staffing industry and has been with Eliassen Group since 2011. In his role as Vice President of Recruiting, he is responsible for overseeing and leading the New England recruiting team. In addition, he leads the Consultant Advocate Program and the internal CAP team that makes the program possible. The Consultant Advocate Program ensures that all Eliassen consultants have the greatest levels of support, care, and attention possible.
Prior to joining Eliassen Group, Todd held roles at Sullivan and Cogliano and Oxford Global Resources. During his time At Eliassen, he has also held the role of Director of National and Tri-State Recruiting.

Kris is Eliassen Group’s vice president of the Mid-Atlantic and Central regions, responsible for all sales, recruiting, and operations in Columbus, Reston, Baltimore, Bethesda, and New York. Kris started his career in staffing in 1998 with TEKsystems where he was a recruiter and then moved into a sales role supporting the Maryland and Washington DC Metro market. Throughout his career, Kris has received many awards and accolades including: 7 time sales contest winner, Recruiter of the Year, Salesperson of the Year and was an executive management award winner.

As vice president of the West region, Chad is responsible for all sales, recruiting, and operations for Eliassen Group from Texas to the West Coast. Chad's charter is to grow current Eliassen Group offices and teams, as well as drive westward expansion by opening new offices to support our geographically expanding client base.
Chad has been in the technology consulting and staffing industry for over 20 years. He began his career as a technical recruiter and moved up through sales, management, and executive leadership. Prior to joining Eliassen Group, Chad worked in the industry at Kforce and TEKsystems.
Chad is a graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Management. Over his time in the industry, he has excelled at growing people in their careers and significantly scaling offices and regions.

Greg leads Eliassen Group's life sciences consulting practice: EG Life Sciences (EGLS). EGLS serves the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries, providing expertise in areas including: Biometrics, Quality, Regulatory, Validation, Engineering and Project Management. Greg is charged with driving the overall growth and development of EGLS, including expanded capabilities, actively managing executive relationships, and providing support to field leadership.
Greg has 25+ years of proven experience in bringing professional staffing and solutions to life sciences and healthcare organizations throughout the U.S. Prior to joining Eliassen Group, Greg co-founded a highly successful healthcare staffing company and also held multiple leadership roles within Randstad, most recently as president of Randstad Pharma (now Randstad Life Sciences).
Greg is active in many associations within the healthcare industry and has been quoted in publications such as CenterWatch, the International Review of Employment, Staffing Industry Analysts, and Modern Healthcare.

Steve believes in the philosophy that a great recruiting team isn't built on how great team members are at finding talent, but rather on how well they are able to build and nurture relationships with candidates who reflect the specific needs of our clients. This philosophy is what he works to instill in his teams. Previously, Steve was the Director of Recruiting for The Panther Global Group and Division Manager for Patriot Technical Consulting. Steve is a graduate of Boston University and works out of the corporate office in Reading, MA.
