Rob brings over 35 years of IT experience to Eliassen Group with over 20 years in the staffing industry. Rob joined Eliassen Group in 2022 as EVP and CIO to create a next-generation IT infrastructure platform to fuel growth, create a culture of superior customer service, and grow strong strategic supplier relationships.  As CIO, Rob oversees Eliassen Group’s evolving team of IT professionals responsible for the organization’s IT infrastructure, information security, end-user support, and cloud-based enterprise systems portfolio.

Rob has held general management, innovation, and executive leadership positions at industry-leading companies, including SAIC, Boeing, Capital One, Markel, and Apex Systems. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech and holds a degree in business management and completed strategic coursework in the Master of Information Technology program.

Rob is based in Virginia where he is active in multiple advisory boards and charities. In his free time, he is an avid runner, enjoys hiking, biking, and surf/fly fishing.
