Trey leads Eliassen Group’s Cybersecurity Services team, delivering business-focused cybersecurity solutions utilizing Eliassen’s broad range of resourcing and delivery models. Trey brings twenty years of delivery experience in cybersecurity with a focus on financial services and technology industries. He specializes in cloud security enablement, customer identity and access management, zero-trust architecture, and developing cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps.

Prior to joining Eliassen Group, Trey was a Partner at both Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers. In his role with Deloitte Trey had two successful global assignments, building scaled cybersecurity practices in India and Australia. Trey got his start in cybersecurity as a Senior Researcher at Dartmouth College’s Institute for Security Technology Studies.

Trey holds an MBA and BA from The University of Texas and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP). In his free time, he enjoys bicycling and surfing, a holdover from his days in Australia. In addition, Trey serves on the board of Neighborhood Bike Works, a Philadelphia-based non-profit providing equitable access to bicycling and bike repair through education and career-building opportunities.
